Organization is “seeking to promote the expansion of funding for the economic, scientific and cultural value of the United States’ national space program by advocating an increase in the budget for the National Aeronautics and Space Administration to at least one percent of the United States Federal Budget”. They want to increase current level of 0.48% to a whole 1% of the United States annual budget.
Those patches are simple white background, rectangle with rounded corners. White merrow border edge. There is a Penny4NASA logo on it.
